I’m Coming For YOU, Thrall!

I Monday, January 22, 2007 I decided to storm Orgrimmar… alone… with my level 17 Draenei Warrior. Yeah, I know what you’re thinking. And yes, I have gone loco. It was a complete and utter time sink as it gained only minimal XP from discovering new areas and I had to do countless corpse runs to finally make it in.

The goal was actually to see how many corspe runs and how long it would take to get into RFC. I figured if three characters could make it in, one being a Warlock, then we could summon the rest of the party and actually run RFC. My conclusion… not really that feasible.

After entering RFC there was nothing really to do so I walked out. There was a few Horde players waiting outside, undoubtedly to do an RFC run themselves. So I decided to give them a show and start dancing, as we all know how goofy the male Draenei dance is. And being in Horde territory, one of their main cities no less, a mage standing there sent in the big guns and put and end to my Ally shame.

This evening reminded me about one of the things I love about World of Warcraft. There are so many different ways to play the game and so many different things to do. It doesn’t always have to be about questing or grinding or PVPing or raiding. You can find other entertaining things to do. And the main reason that I love and play this game is that I find enjoyment in it. When I stop having fun playing the game it means I need to take a break and do something else.

Here is a link to the photo album with all the screenshots from my raid on Org. Enjoy 🙂
