Blu-Ray Or HD-DVD? Why Not Both?

|

Remember the good ole “dash” versus “plus” wars? I’m talking of course about the DVD-R versus DVD+R format wars for rewritable DVD media. Currently we have a similar war waging and that is between the Blu-ray ™ and HD DVD formats for high definition DVD media. It looks to me like it is going down the same path and we actually won’t end up with one clear winner. I believe you will be buying both formats for your entertainment for a long time. That’s all thanks to home entertainment companies such as LG that are innovating players to be able to accommodate both formats.
